Working together
What exactly do you take off my plate?
Strategy, creative production, media buying and reporting. Most clients keep one internal marketer who works with our team lead — everything else runs from our Jayanagar studio.
Packages or custom scopes?
Both. The three retainers cover most businesses; anything larger we scope against your goal, category and current baseline after a discovery call.
How soon do results show?
Google Ads usually moves in two to four weeks. SEO and content compound over two to three quarters — we set expectations per channel in the plan before you sign.
Do you only work with Bengaluru brands?
No. We are based in Jayanagar and know the city well, but roughly a third of our work is for brands in the Middle East and North America, run on their time zones.
Who owns the ad accounts and data?
You do. Google Ads, Meta, GA4 and every dashboard stay in your name — if we ever part ways, nothing leaves with us.
Pricing and contracts
How is your pricing structured?
A flat monthly retainer for our work, with ad spend billed separately by Google or Meta directly to your own card. The three published packages cover most businesses; larger scopes are quoted after a discovery call.
Is there a lock-in period?
No. Retainers run month to month with 30 days notice. We would rather earn the renewal than enforce a contract.
What is not included in the retainer?
Ad spend, paid tools you want in your own name, photography that needs an external studio or licensed talent, and any third-party subscriptions. We flag these before they are incurred, never after.
Do you charge for the initial plan?
No. The discovery call, the channel plan and the free SEO audit all come before any invoice.
Access and ownership
Whose name are the ad accounts in?
Yours. We work inside your Google Ads, Meta Business, GA4 and Search Console accounts with agency access. If we stop working together, you simply revoke our access and nothing breaks.
Do we get the source files?
Yes — raw footage, layered design files, page code and documentation, on request at any time.
What happens to our data if we leave?
It stays with you. We remove our access, hand over any documentation not already shared, and delete the personal data we hold about your enquirers on request.
Timelines and reporting
How soon does each channel start working?
Google Ads search typically moves in two to four weeks. Shopping and Performance Max need four to six. Local SEO shows in four to eight weeks; competitive organic rankings compound over two to three quarters.
How often do we hear from you?
Fortnightly calls and a written monthly report on the Growth plan, weekly on Scale. Plus a live dashboard you can open any time without asking us.
Who is our day-to-day contact?
One named team lead who knows your account, not a rotating support queue. On Scale plans you also get a dedicated strategist and editor.
