Who we are

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us, plus the technical minimum needed to run the website.

• Information you submit. Name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name, website URL, budget range, the services you selected and anything you write in the message field of our contact or SEO audit forms.
• Technical information. Your IP address, browser user agent, the page the enquiry came from and the referring website. We store this alongside your enquiry to help us detect spam and understand which marketing brought you here.
• Analytics data. If you consent to analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 records pages viewed, approximate location at city level, device type and interactions such as clicking a phone number or WhatsApp button.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we do not collect sensitive personal data such as health, financial account or biometric information through this website.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare the plan or audit you requested.
• To contact you about the project you asked about, by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• To keep a record of enquiries so we can follow up properly and resolve disputes.
• To detect and block spam and automated abuse of our forms.
• To measure which marketing channels bring genuine enquiries, so we spend our own budget sensibly.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not add you to a marketing mailing list because you filled in a contact form.

Legal basis

Where the UK or EU GDPR applies, we rely on your consent when you submit a form or accept analytics cookies, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and preventing fraud. Where Indian law applies, we process personal data with your consent under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 for the purposes described above.

Cookies

The site sets a session cookie that is strictly necessary — it keeps your form secure against cross-site request forgery and cannot be switched off. Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel) only load after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing site data in your browser and reloading the page.

Who else sees your data

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate, and only as much as they need:

• Our web hosting provider, which stores the database holding your enquiry.
• Our email provider, which delivers the enquiry notification to inquiry@adwisemarketing.in and the confirmation to you.
• Google, for analytics and advertising measurement, where you have consented.

We may also disclose data if we are legally required to. Some of these providers process data outside India; where that happens we rely on the provider's standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for 24 months from your last contact with us, so we can pick up a conversation you started and honour any commitment we made. Analytics data is retained for 14 months. After those periods, records are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. Email inquiry@adwisemarketing.in and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

Enquiries are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in an access-controlled database. Form submissions are protected with CSRF tokens, a honeypot field and rate limiting. Access to enquiry records is restricted to the AdWise Marketing team members who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affects your data we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.

Changes to this policy

We update this page when our practices change. The date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.
